Tabi lives in rural South of Scotland. A graduate of Communications and postgraduate of Creative Writing, she is a Creative Producer of feature and art films, cultural events, radio, podcasts, and digital media. She is a writer and radio broadcast journalist.

Tabi is a Creative Director of DG Unlimited, and Network Coordinator for the D&G Creative Wellbeing. She is a Trustee of Alchemy Film & Arts and serves as their Secretary, and is a founding member of Alive Community Radio SCIO.

In addition to her own published creative writing, and her monthly column in DG Life magazine, she has written and broadcast for BBC Radio Scotland and Alive Community Radio. Tabi presents her own live weekly magazine radio show, ‘TotallyTabi’ on Alive 107.3fm.

Tabi was a Producer of ‘Stella’, an independent feature film Directed by Jessica Fox, filmed entirely on location in Dumfries and Galloway. ‘Stella’ premiered at the MELECH Tel-Aviv International Film Festival in November 2022, winning Best Drama, and in Montreal International Film Festival 2022 won Best First Film.  

Tabi’s production skills and creative talents are now focused upon her next film project. Tabi’s first book is also nearing completion. Tabi is an unapologetic disco Queen with a disco ball in her kitchen to prove it. She’s a fantastic cook, and loves her books, her garden, and the arts in all its forms. She’s also developing a work of creative non-fiction.
